一般電動機主要由兩部分構(gòu)成：固定部分稱為定子，旋轉(zhuǎn)部分稱為轉(zhuǎn)子。另外還有端蓋、風扇、罩殼、機座、接線盒等。

電動機的工作原理是建立在電磁感應定律、全電路歐姆定律、和電磁力定律等基本上的。

當磁極沿順時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)，磁極的磁力線切割轉(zhuǎn)子導條，導條中就感應出電動勢。電動勢的方向由右手定則來確定。


When the magnetic pole rotates clockwise, the magnetic force of the magnetic pole cuts the rotor guide bar, and the electromotive force is induced in the guide bar. The direction of the electromotive force is determined by the right-hand rule.


由于運動是相對的，假如磁極不動，轉(zhuǎn)子導條沿逆時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)，則導條中同樣也能感應出電動勢來。在電動勢的作用下，閉合的導條中就產(chǎn)生電流。


Because the motion is relative, if the magnetic pole does not move and the rotor guide bar rotates counter-clockwise, the electromotive force can also be induced in the guide bar. Under the action of the electromotive force, the current is generated in the closed conductor.

該電流與旋轉(zhuǎn)磁極的磁場相互作用,而使轉(zhuǎn)子導條受到電磁力(安培力)，電磁力的方向可用左手定則確定。


The current interacts with the magnetic field of the rotating magnetic pole, so that the rotor guide bar is subjected to electromagnetic force (ampere force). The direction of the electromagnetic force can be determined by the left-hand rule.


由電磁力進而產(chǎn)生電磁轉(zhuǎn)矩，轉(zhuǎn)子就轉(zhuǎn)動起來。


The rotor rotates when the electromagnetic force generates the electromagnetic torque.


在該設計中電動機是用來帶動電動快速卷簾門的開與關(guān)，實現(xiàn)對電動快速卷簾門的控制。
