一、堆積門(mén)安裝位置彈墨線定位


I. Location of Ink Line in the Installation Position of Stacking Door


根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)師出的圖紙說(shuō)明的尺求、位置標(biāo)出堆積門(mén)的標(biāo)高和方向，畫(huà)出門(mén)框框口及方位線位置。

According to the designer's drawing instructions, the elevation and direction of the stacking door are marked, and the position of the door frame and azimuth line are drawn.


二、堆積門(mén)門(mén)框灌漿


2. Grouting of stacked doorframes


快速堆積門(mén)的門(mén)框內(nèi)需要填充1：3水泥砂漿，不過(guò)在填充之前，需要先將門(mén)關(guān)好，在門(mén)扇敞開(kāi)面的門(mén)框與門(mén)扇之間的防漏孔處塞上塑料蓋后再進(jìn)行填充。


A 1:3 cement mortar should be filled in the door frame of the quick stacking door, but before filling, the door should be closed, and the plastic cover should be plugged in the leak-proof hole between the door frame and the door fan on the open surface of the door before filling.

填充水泥時(shí)，注意填充的量，不宜過(guò)多，以免造成門(mén)框變形，繼而影響使用。


When filling cement, pay attention to the amount of filling, not too much, so as not to cause door frame deformation, and then affect the use.


三、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人員復(fù)核堆積門(mén)的門(mén)洞

安裝門(mén)體前檢查快速堆積門(mén)將要安裝的尺寸、位置，看洞口是否平整，有無(wú)偏位或不方正情況出現(xiàn)，有的話及時(shí)進(jìn)行剔鑿或抹灰處理，確保洞口符合快速堆積門(mén)的安裝要求。


Inspect the size and position of the quick stacking door before installing the door body to see whether the opening is flat, whether there is offset or irregularity, and if so, pick or plaster it in time to ensure that the opening meets the installation requirements of the quick stacking door.


四、固定門(mén)框

快速堆積門(mén)門(mén)框的固定需要利用1.5mm厚鍍鋅銜接件來(lái)進(jìn)行，固定銜接件與墻體時(shí)，最好選用膨脹螺栓。


Fast stacking door frame fixing needs to use 1.5mm thick galvanized joints, when fixing joints and walls, it is best to choose expansion bolts.


此外，快速堆積門(mén)門(mén)框與門(mén)洞墻體之間要預(yù)留一定的裝置空間，脹栓固定預(yù)留20-30mm，同時(shí)門(mén)框每邊的銜接點(diǎn)要在3個(gè)以上。


In addition, a certain device space should be reserved between the quick stacking doorframe and the wall of the doorway, and 20-30 mm should be reserved for the expansion bolt fixation. At the same time, the connection points of each side of the doorframe should be more than three.


五、門(mén)框就位

拆掉堆積門(mén)門(mén)框下部的固定板，將門(mén)框用木楔暫時(shí)固定在洞口內(nèi)，經(jīng)校對(duì)合格后，固定木楔。


Remove the fixing plate at the lower part of the stacked door frame and temporarily fix the door frame with a wooden wedge in the hole. After checking, fix the wooden wedge.


門(mén)框埋入±0.00m標(biāo)高以下20mm，須確?？蚩谏舷鲁叨纫粯?，答應(yīng)差錯(cuò)<1.5mm，對(duì)角線答應(yīng)差錯(cuò)<2mm。


When the door frame is embedded below (+0.00m) elevation of 20mm, it must be ensured that the upper and lower dimensions of the frame mouth are the same, and the error is promised to be less than 1.5mm and the diagonal error is less than 2mm.


六、空隙處理

快速堆積門(mén)的門(mén)框與墻體之間有縫隙，該縫隙適合于用1：2水泥砂漿進(jìn)行嵌縫結(jié)實(shí)。


There is a gap between the door frame and the wall of the quick stacking door. The gap is suitable for using 1:2 cement mortar for joint consolidation.


處理縫隙時(shí)，應(yīng)確保與墻體結(jié)成全體，經(jīng)維護(hù)凝結(jié)后，在粉刷洞口及墻體，必要時(shí)門(mén)框與墻體銜接處打修建密封膠，以保證快速堆積門(mén)的密封性。


When dealing with crevices, we should ensure that all the crevices are bound with the wall. After maintenance and condensation, we should build sealant at the entrance and wall of the painted hole and at the junction of the door frame and the wall when necessary to ensure the sealability of the quick accumulation door.
