快速感應(yīng)門中的伺服電機(jī)是用來控制卷簾門卷軸運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的驅(qū)動(dòng)核心配件，防爆PVC快速門品牌 ，伺服電機(jī)通過將電流信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成卷軸的角位移或者是角速度。


The servo motor in the fast induction door is the driving core part to control the scroll operation of the shutter door. It is the brand of explosion-proof PVC fast door. The servo motor converts the current signal into the angular displacement or angular velocity of the scroll.


快速感應(yīng)門伺服電機(jī)在經(jīng)由接收一個(gè)脈沖信號(hào)，就會(huì)旋轉(zhuǎn)一個(gè)脈沖對(duì)應(yīng)的角度，從而完成快速門門簾的位移。


By receiving a pulse signal, the servo motor of the fast induction door rotates an angle corresponding to the pulse, thus completing the displacement of the fast door curtain.



由于伺服電機(jī)自身具有發(fā)出脈沖的功能，快速門伺服電機(jī)每次旋轉(zhuǎn)一個(gè)角度，都會(huì)產(chǎn)生對(duì)應(yīng)數(shù)量的脈沖，以是伺服電機(jī)接收的脈沖會(huì)形成閉環(huán)，這樣，伺服系統(tǒng)就會(huì)知道電機(jī)發(fā)了多少脈沖和收到多少脈沖，這樣就能精準(zhǔn)的控制電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，達(dá)到精準(zhǔn)定位。


Because the servo motor itself has the function of issuing pulses, the fast-door servo motor will produce a corresponding number of pulses every time it rotates an angle, so that the pulses received by the servo motor will form a closed loop, so that the servo system will know how many pulses the motor generates and how many pulses it receives, so that it can be accurately controlled. The motor rotates to achieve precise positioning.



快速門的電機(jī)常用的是交流伺服電機(jī)

交流伺服電機(jī)要比直流要好一些，由于正弦波控制，轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)小，且隨著功率增大而快速降低。因而適用做低速平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行的運(yùn)用。


AC servo motor is better than DC. Because of sinusoidal wave control, the torque ripple is small and decreases rapidly with the increase of power. Therefore, it is suitable for the application of low-speed smooth operation.
